This one was a lot of fun. We came back out to a repeat customer in St. Pete to tackle their courtyard - gutters, landscaping, and a full pressure wash on the tile patio. When you have mature trees and vines overhead like this property does, debris builds up fast. Leaves, organic staining, and grime work their way into every grout line.
Here's what we were working with going in - tile blanketed in fallen leaves and buildup, plant beds that had gotten a little wild, and gutters doing what gutters do when they go too long without attention. It's not neglect, it's just Florida. Things grow and accumulate fast here.
We cleared out the debris, cleaned up the landscaping, handled the gutters, and then pressure washed the entire tile surface from edge to edge. That terracotta tile has a lot going for it visually - but it only really pops when it's clean. Once the grime is gone, the color comes back and the whole space feels different.
This is also a good example of why repeat service matters. When we know a property well, we know what to expect and where to focus. The work goes smoother, and the customer knows what they're getting. No surprises on either end.
Outdoor tile and courtyard spaces take a beating from weather, trees, and everyday use. Regular upkeep - pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and light landscaping - keeps things manageable and protects the surfaces underneath.
